Key Responsibilities:

Define and lead long-term retention marketing strategy and key performance indicators
Architect customer retention journeys, focusing on onboarding, engagement, and repeat transactions
Oversee analysis of customer data to identify opportunities for increasing satisfaction and reducing churn


Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred
10+ years of experience in marketing or customer lifecycle management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
Proven success in executing data-driven retention strategies within financial services or regulated industries
