A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, Web Development to lead and manage a team of developers within the Marketing organization.



Key Responsibilities

Manage and develop the web development team, providing guidance and mentorship
Lead AEM architecture and implementation to ensure performance and security standards
Oversee the integration of AEM and Next.js, and implement headless CMS strategies


Required Qualifications

Minimum of 8 years of related experience; or 6+ years with an advanced degree
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
Proficiency in Next.js, React, and server-side rendering
Solid foundation in core web technologies, DevOps practices, and cloud deployment
