Key Responsibilities

Support efforts to enhance the customer experience and adhere to department processes

Required Qualifications

High school degree or equivalent related experience
2 - 4 years of customer service experience in a call center environment
2+ years of experience with a multi-line phone system
Proficient knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
