A company is looking for a Provider Outreach Specialist - National Remote.



Key Responsibilities:

Establish and maintain consultative relationships with physicians and medical groups through inbound and outbound calls
Conduct outreach to provider groups regarding tools and programs aimed at improving care quality for various member categories
Support Risk and Quality Client Programs by ensuring accurate delivery and return of data/forms and assisting providers with coding methodologies



Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED or 2+ years of experience with Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and ACA programs
1+ years of provider support experience, preferably with high volume outreach
6+ months of experience with Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, or ACA programs
6+ months of experience in a HIPAA environment
Intermediate proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word More...
