Accounts Receivable/Collections Candidate needed:



Responsibilities:



Process incoming purchase orders

Review contracts for projects

Verify for price discrepancies

Create invoices

Prepare daily bank deposits

Collect on accounts by sending bill reminders and communicating with customers via phone, email, fax.

Maintain updated business license

Sales Report

Month End Report

Create Lien Release

Respond to customer inquiries concerning the invoice.

Apply unallocated cash.

Obtain insurance for projects



Must Have:

Experience using QuickBooks and processing Lien Releases
