This exciting part time opportunity is an excellent chance to be a part of one of Sacramento's leading non-profit organizations. Our client is looking for an experienced bookkeeper with non-profit experience to join their team for a potential permanent position. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 4 years of bookkeeping experience and be familiar with the following duties:



?Processing accounts payable and receivables.

?Preparing deposits of cash receipts, donations, and miscellaneous program revenues.

?Producing, collecting, and reconciling Affiliate dues monthly.

?Tracking public donations, sponsorships, and grants.

?Entering staff credit cards

?Preparing monthly journal entries and reconciliation to subsidiary ledgers.

?Assisting in preparation of the month-end closing.

?Tracking and processing 1099?s and other required tax forms.

?Assisting in preparation of quarterly Lobby Reports

?Assisting in preparation of year-end audit.

?Maintaining historical records by filing documents.

?Patrolling backup to Director of Finance and Human Resources
