A/R Medical Payment Associate needed in Downtown ASAP. Bilingual Spanish is highly preferred.



The Medical Payment Associate is responsible for the daily management of accounts receivable for all product lines. This position reconciles cash received from bank on a daily basis, ensures timely and accurate posting to the member accounts. This position ensures all NSF adjustments, debit and credit memo adjustments, and refunds are reflected timely and accurately on the members account. This position will directly contact members and assist in resolving billing and payment issues. This person must update and maintain multiple synchronized databases in an accurate and timely manner.



The successful candidate will have solid understanding of accounting background, good analytical and problem-solving skills, intermediate computer skills, strong customer service and communication skills. High School Graduate with some college (Accounting or Business Administration major) or compatible work experience. Bilingual Spanish is highly preferred.
