TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED.



In this role, here are a few of the tasks you will perform:

? Search job boards, the web, and social networking sites to find qualified technology professionals

? Perform web-based research

? Phone/email potential candidates with information about job opportunities

? Document activity in company database

? Interact with members of the recruiting team and sales staff

? Perform Reference Checks

? ...and eventually learn to qualify, present, and close candidates



You are...

? Computer Saavy: Strong Computer skills (MS Office, Internet, some database experience)

? Tenacious and success-oriented

You Have...

? Prior experience in a customer-facing role - (Sales or Customer Service)

? Previous staffing industry experience - (Preferred, but not required)

? Familiarity with Boolean search ? (Preferred, but not required)
