Medical Company Orange County is seeking a Payroll Coordinator.



Responsibilities Include:

? Compile and/or track payroll data such as hours worked, vacation, personal and holiday hours, taxes and union dues to be withheld.

? Follow established procedures to accurately pay employees for assigned offices/regions.

? Process child support, wage garnishments and terminations.

? Audit new hires on payroll master records for multi-state companies.

? Record data concerning transfer of employees between departments, rate changes, address changes and direct deposit, and process manual checks

? Runs audit reports to verify data accuracy.



Please Have:

?Two years of experience with multi-state payroll processing,

?Strong knowledge of payroll systems and laws
