Immediate need for HR Administrator. This role provides professional HR support to employees in the areas of staffing management, immigration, global relocation services, training, organizational effectiveness and organizational development. Acts as a liaison to other HR functional teams: Compensation, Recruiting, Compliance, Benefits and Employee Relations. Serve as a primary point of contact for visa/immigration and a coordinator for all learning and development programs. This HR professional will ensure a seamless experience as employees move across offices within Client.

Works closely with global relocation specialist and Corporate Staffing team to coordinate all aspects of staffing management including domestic and international relocation and immigration practices. Assists in preparing visa applications to ensure ongoing maintenance of lawful immigration status and employment authorization for employees and potential new hires. Acts as the liaison between external immigration attorney and internal colleagues including Corporate Staffing team to drive the visa application process, timeline, manage expectations and follow through all visa/immigration cases.

Partners with Accounting and other HR functional teams to ensure all transactions re immigration/relocation handle effectively including audit compliance.Assists with preparing and administering various training programs. May perform other duties as assigned including special projects and other administrative responsibilities.
