Accounting Clerk - Golden Opportunity - Ontario California

Duties and Responsibilities:

" Support the Accounts Payable Team with expense reports and processing supplier invoices

" Assist with customer invoicing and Accounts Receivable collections activities

" Create general journal entries and accruals in compliance with financial policies and procedures

" Assist in the month and year-end close process to include account analysis and reconciliation

" Assist with payroll processing

" Participate in special projects, ad hoc analysis and reporting as needed



Preferred Qualifications and/or Education:

" 2-5 years of experience working in Accounting

" Bilingual Spanish preferred

" Proficient PC skills and MS Office (Excel and Word)

" Working knowledge of ERP and Accounting software systems is preferred

" Oracle or Epicor experience preferred
