We're bringing it back at Robyn - boldly and at scale.Objectives of this RoleAs the Senior Product Manager, you will own the early user journey and drive our product's growth by deeply understanding our users, setting up scalable systems, and prioritizing high-impact features. You'll bridge product strategy, user insights, and data-driven growth to ensure our app delights and engages users while meeting business goals.What You'll Do: User Research & Insights: - Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to uncover pain points and needs.
- Translate qualitative and quantitative insights into actionable recommendations for the product roadmap.
- Analytics & Feedback Loops:
- Set up and manage analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics) to track key metrics and user behavior.
- Design feedback systems (e.g., in-app surveys, NPS tracking) to continuously gather user input.
- Growth & Experimentation:
- Collaborate on and execute growth experiments to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Design A/B tests and analyze results to optimize features, onboarding, and campaigns.
- Feature Prioritization:
- Develop and manage a lightweight product roadmap that aligns with user needs and business goals.
- Work closely with design and engineering to define feature requirements and prioritize execution.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Act as the connective tissue between users, design, engineering, and marketing to ensure a seamless product experience.
- Communicate insights, priorities, and progress to stakeholders clearly and effectively.What We're Looking For:
- Experience:
- 3+ years in product management, growth, or a similar role at a fast-paced startup or consumer-facing company.
- Proven track record of designing and running growth experiments or user research initiatives.
- Skills:
- Strong user research and data analysis abilities; experience with analytics tools like Posthog, Mixpanel, or Heap.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to align diverse stakeholders around a shared vision.
- Creativity and strategic thinking to develop innovative features and growth strategies.
- Experience in AI and consumer products
- Technical proficiency or familiarity with product design and development workflows.
- Mindset:
- A user-first approach to problem-solving, paired with a bias for action.
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and wearing multiple hats in an early-stage environment.
- Passion for building products that drive meaningful connection and engagement.Compensation & Benefits
- $100K - $120K annual salary depending on experience
