A company is looking for a People & Culture Team Lead, Americas Shared Services.



Key Responsibilities

Train, lead, and develop the Tier 1 Shared Services team for effective case management across the Americas
Act as a key point of contact for escalations, providing solutions to complex HR issues and enhancing Tier 1 tools
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with local labor laws and meet service level agreements (SLAs)


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in People & Culture, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
Strong knowledge of HR processes, systems, and compliance requirements
Highly collaborative, approachable, and customer-focused
