A company is looking for an Onboarding Specialist for West Coast hours.



Key Responsibilities

Conduct 1:1 onboarding sessions for customers via Zoom and ensure successful data migration
Deliver engaging training to support customers in going live with the product
Build long-term relationships with customers and identify churn risks and upsell opportunities


Required Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in Customer Success, technology, or studio management roles
Four-year post-secondary education/Bachelor's degree preferred
Deep understanding of running a successful wellness studio
Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement
