Key Responsibilities

Produce complex Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations for department leaders
Oversee department processes, documentation, and digital file management
Plan logistics and coordinate schedules for the event planning department


Required Qualifications

College degree or equivalent work experience preferred
3+ years of experience in high volume coordination and event planning
Strong technical aptitude with MS Office, especially advanced Excel skills
Experience maintaining confidentiality of sensitive materials
