Key Responsibilities

Lead the Deal Operations function, providing strategic guidance and support to the sales team throughout the deal lifecycle
Collaborate with sales, finance, and legal teams to structure complex deals and ensure alignment with business objectives
Develop and maintain deal pricing strategies, conduct financial analysis, and enhance Deal Operations processes and tools


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
9-11 years of experience in deal operations, sales operations, finance, or related roles, preferably in technology or software
Proven experience in managing deal operations activities, including deal structuring and pricing
Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze complex financial data
