A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, People Operations.



Key Responsibilities

Serve as lead administrator and subject matter expert for HR systems, ensuring data integrity and optimized functionality
Research, recommend, and implement scalable methodologies to streamline HR processes throughout the employment life cycle
Run reports, analyze data, and provide information to leaders while maintaining strict confidentiality


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related business field strongly preferred
5+ years of experience in related human resources roles
Experience with HR systems such as HRIS, LMS, ATS, preferably Workday and Greenhouse ATS
Previous benefits and leave management experience is a plus
Firm understanding of state-specific employment laws and applicable federal regulations More...
