Key Responsibilities

Manage registration, scheduling, and rescheduling processes for patients
Ensure accurate record management by obtaining and communicating relevant patient information

Requirements

1 year of office administration experience required
1 year of call/contact center or high call volume experience preferred
Proficient with Google Suite
