A company is looking for a Patient Relations Specialist to assist patients and Accounts Receivable.



Key Responsibilities

Maintain a healthy patient A/R and ensure all statements, calls, refunds, and collection agency referrals are current
Communicate effectively with clients and follow up professionally, including answering incoming and completing outgoing patient calls
Meet specific metrics defined by the organization and maintain detailed status logs


Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

3 years of ASC/Hospital Payment Posting experience
Knowledge of the Revenue Management Cycle and payer contracts
Understanding of HIPAA regulations
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
