A company is looking for a Credit Resolution Representative responsible for refund and credit analysis within the Hospital Revenue Cycle Management team.



Key Responsibilities

Perform refund and credit analyses, audits, and reimbursement functions for various payors
Conduct quarterly reviews for Medicare and Medicaid and submit for client approval
Manage desk inventory, document credit balance reviews, and communicate issues to management


Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

High School Diploma or equivalent experience preferred
1 - 3 years' experience in a hospital business environment preferred
Entry level understanding of hospital billing forms (UB04 and HCFA 1500)
Entry level knowledge of ICD-10, HCPCS/CPT coding, and medical terminology
