Key Responsibilities

Develop, design, and implement people analytics to improve data integrity and metrics
Track, measure, and improve key people initiatives while interpreting trends in datasets
Collaborate cross-functionally with teams in DE+I, recruiting, finance, etc., utilizing Workday reporting and dashboarding


Required Qualifications

5+ years of Workday HCM report development experience
Extensive knowledge in HR reporting and analytics
Experience working with large data sets
Experience in data cleansing, statistical modeling, and programming
