Key Responsibilities

Monitor, track, and coach franchise owners on local integrated marketing plans and performance metrics
Present marketing plans during onboarding and provide recommendations for achieving break-even targets
Develop reporting on franchise participation in key programs to drive leads and revenue


Required Qualifications

5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a franchise service or retail industry
5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong analytical focus
Proven ability to deliver results in a high-growth environment
Four-year college degree in Marketing or a related field
