• Lead a team from conceptual phase of a project to final completion and close out.
• Lead one or more teams simultaneously, ensuring success for both the customer and the company.
• Lead pre-construction efforts for potential and secured work.
• Set up customer relationships to accommodate safety, schedules, and selection of subcontractors.
• Ensure projects are completed on or before the contract completion date.
• Ensure projects are built according to approved plans and specifications.
• Increase the skills and competencies of project teams under supervision.
• Establish customer expectations at the beginning of the relationship and ensure they are met or exceeded.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and management for project teams in various areas including customer relationships and project execution.
• Responsible for the success of the projects and the relationship between Abbott and the customer.
• Coordinate with the Business Development Team and the PX Team for project estimates and presentations.
• Execute assigned projects, including setting project goals and ensuring timely buyout and material delivery.Required Skills
  • Strong negotiation and leadership skills.
  • Ability and desire to motivate and develop the project team.
  • Understanding of accounting, financial statements, job cost, and cash flow.Required Qualifications
    • Must pass a drug test and comply with the company vehicle safety program.
    • 4-year degree in a construction-related major.
    • Minimum 10 years of project management experience.The full salary range for this position is $160,000 to $185,000.
