Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for strategic customers and manage a portfolio of accounts
Conduct customer training and onboarding projects in collaboration with the Implementation Team
Monitor customer analytics and provide feedback to internal teams regarding customer needs and feature requests


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
3+ years of Customer Success experience
2+ years of experience in the Hospitality industry
Proven track record of exceeding customer satisfaction and retention targets
