Key Responsibilities

Evaluate, diagnose, and manage ongoing support for individuals with substance use disorders
Incorporate harm reduction practices into patient care and help patients achieve their recovery goals
Provide telehealth patient engagement and coordinate care with the Care Team


Required Qualifications

Active Arizona Nurse Practitioner license
Minimum of 1 year of experience prescribing Medication for Opioid Use Disorder in an outpatient setting
Degree from an accredited nursing school and a graduate-level nurse practitioner program
3 or more years of clinical experience as an NP or RN preferred
