Key Responsibilities

Oversee setup, processing activities, and strategies related to mortgage resolution functions
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and implement effective mortgage resolution policies
Manage the performance of the mortgage resolution team and resolve escalated customer issues


Required Qualifications and Experience

3-5 years of experience in servicing operations with knowledge of loan assumption processing and loss mitigation
Understanding of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, and USDA loss mitigation programs
Preferred experience in loan origination processing or underwriting
Highly organized and results-driven with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
