A company is looking for a Case Management Processor to provide support for the Case Management team in a remote capacity.



Key Responsibilities

Provide telephone, clerical, and data entry support for the Case Management team
Assist in the initial review of assigned case levels and implement care plans under the direction of the Case Manager
Coordinate services in accordance with member benefit plans and promote effective communication within the team


Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED
1-3 years of experience in an administrative support role in healthcare
Preferred: Associate degree
