A company is looking for a Client Advocate to support client pharmacy benefit programs.



Key Responsibilities

Field inbound inquiries from benefit professionals and health care facilitators
Research and analyze claims, applying troubleshooting skills to resolve issues
Educate members on navigating their benefits and document inquiries and resolutions


Required Qualifications

A minimum of a high school degree or equivalent is required
National Certification from an accredited pharmacy technician program or LPN preferred
5+ years of previous experience working with members/patients
Experience in a mail pharmacy, retail pharmacy, or clinic setting is desired
