An Architectural Senior Project Manager with 10 years or more of experience is a highly experienced professional who oversees the management and successful execution of architectural projects. A Senior Project Manager has attained licensure. This level of PM may work on mid-size to large projects and will usually work on more than one project at a time. The projects are more complex in nature, and with a variety of construction types and occupancies. This PM will lead teams of various sizes and coordinate the work effort of the consultant team. The Senior PM may also be capable of working on projects without additional team members, completing all tasks, or capable of being both the PA and PM on a project.
