A company is looking for a Dispatch Coordinator responsible for managing third-party field technicians and ensuring effective communication throughout the dispatch cycle.



Key Responsibilities:

Dispatch third-party vendors for installation, repair, and MAC activities
Perform technician vetting, scheduling, and manage work order documentation
Communicate regularly with internal teams and stakeholders to provide updates and drive escalations as necessary


Required Qualifications:

1+ years of experience in the telecommunications industry
Experience with Field Nation is highly desirable
Field technician dispatching experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PC applications
