Key Responsibilities

Prepare technical teams for software updates, perform impact assessments, and maintain documentation
Lead technical incident resolutions and manage ticket prioritization and categorization
Architect solutions for reports and integrations, guiding design, build, and testing processes


Required Qualifications

3-7 years of experience as an Oracle technical resource
3+ years working with BI/OTBI/FRS reports in Fusion ERP
3+ years of experience integrating with REST/SOAP APIs
3+ years of experience using FBDI/ADFDI
