Today, we continue to push the boundaries of aesthetic innovation with an exciting and ever-evolving product pipeline.As our Training & Partnerships Manager, you will play a key role in elevating Glacial Skin's influence within the aesthetics industry. In this dynamic position, you'll design and lead innovative training programs, build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), oversee our PR outreach, and collaborate with our marketing and sales teams to enhance our clinical credibility, drive brand initiatives, and strengthen our value proposition.This is your opportunity to make a tangible impact by leveraging education, business development, account management, and media expertise to drive meaningful engagement with team members, providers, and audiences - amplifying our presence and influence across the industry as our brand spokesperson.WHAT YOU'LL DO:Training and Education: - Deliver in-field and virtual clinical sales training for our Area Sales Managers and our Clinical Business Managers, developing customized training programs and approaches specific for each role.
- Develop and implement clinical education programs to enhance provider adoption and maximize product utilization.KOL and Partnership Development:
- Build and manage relationships with KOL's and strategic partners.
- Collaborate on clinical studies, white papers, and other industry leading initiatives.
- Leverage KOL insights for product development and promotional strategies.Podcast and PR Leadership:
- Host our Glam Report podcast, sharing insights, trends, and success stories from the industry.
- Coordinate PR campaigns to elevate the company's visibility and establish it as a thought leader in the space.Strategic Collaboration:
- Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to align training, KOL engagement, and clinical brand efforts with business objectives.
- Represent Glacial Skin at industry events and conferences.Performance and Feedback:
- Regularly measure and report on the effectiveness of training programs, KOL collaborations, and strategic initiatives, using provider feedback and partnership outcomes to continuously improve and refine strategies.WHAT YOU'LL BRING:Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree preferred; RN or licensed aesthetician is a plus.
- 5+ years in field sales training, clinical training, or related roles in aesthetics/medical devices.
- Experience working with KOL's in some capacity.Skills:
- Exceptional industry knowledge, clinical understanding, presentation skills, and business acumen.
- Proven ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with providers and KOLs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, attention to detail, with experience managing a multi-faceted role across a remote team.
- Experience with marketing tools, processes, and programs to drive patient volume.
