This team of Designers, Product Managers, Data Scientists, Researchers, and Strategists works collaboratively across areas such as Core Growth, User Experience, Bitmoji, Augmented Reality, and Emerging Products. We're looking for a Sr. Product Manager to join our Product team at Snap Inc! What you'll do: - Lead the end-to-end development and launch of high-quality products that enhance core Snapchat experiences, such as Chat, Camera, Maps, and Content features, driving engagement and growth across the platform.
- Operate with a high level of autonomy, owning complex product areas and delivering innovative solutions that address critical organizational goals.
- Develop a strong vision and strategy for your product area, proactively identifying opportunities, solving ambiguous challenges, and creating roadmaps that drive measurable results.
- Influence and collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, including Designers, Engineers, Data Scientists, and Researchers, to align on priorities and execute high-impact initiatives.
- Build trust and credibility through thoughtful decision-making, excellent judgment, and a track record of delivering impactful, user-focused products.
- Drive strategic initiatives across the product lifecycle, from defining requirements and creating workflows to running experiments, analyzing data, and overseeing successful launches with cross-functional partners.
- Innovate and iterate on Snapchat's core features, ensuring they continue to meet the evolving needs of users while advancing the company's long-term objectives.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: - Ability to initiate projects, execute against defined objectives, and communicate the results of analyses clearly and effectively.
- Ability to collaborate with engineers, designers, product managers, data scientists, and other cross-functional teams.
- Ability to execute against defined objectives both tactically and strategically.
- Ability to initiate and drive emerging projects from strategy to completion.
- Skilled in clear and concise communication across a matrix organization.
- Knowledge of product-oriented quantitative analysis, including statistical analysis.
Minimum Qualifications: - BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience.
- 5+ years of experience building and shipping products at a consumer or advertising technology company.
