Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily production processes to ensure quality and turnaround targets are met
Lead a sub-team, monitor key projects, and communicate risks and successes to leadership
Evaluate and implement process improvements and training enhancements


Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is an asset
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Senior Data Quality Assurance Administrator
Proven experience leading teams in a production environment
Strong prioritization and resource management abilities
