• Shape our engineering direction and workload
• Work on groundbreaking projects involving AI, LLMs, and more (see examples below)
• Collaborate closely with our external partners to fuel our growth
• Contribute to product decisions, direction and prioritization Sample set of projects (completed & in the pipeline)
  • Developing an LLM-driven self-auditing system to increase confidence in LLM transformations and speed to review
  • Build an AI-native Excel sheet for quantitative synthesis, empowering users to systematically pull out structured data points across series of calls
  • Build a dynamic research summarisation engine to provide up-to-date key insights across primary and secondary research
  • Fine-tuning LLMs to drive task-specific improvementsAbout You
    • We're looking for product-minded full-stack engineers who:
    • Based in NYC - huge bias for IRL work
    • Have experience leading projects end-to-end and taking ideas from conception to execution independently
    • Are opinionated about their work and eager to contribute to product decisions
    • Have strong communication skills and a desire for a client-facing role - as a small team, we expect that everyone will be working closely with our external partners
    • Are proficient in our tech stack: Next.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL
