We are revolutionizing the way we do R&D by uniting science, technology, and talent to get ahead of disease together.As a Retail Account Executive (RAE) at GSK, you will be a key driver in expanding the reach and impact of our vaccine and pharmaceutical products in the retail sector. Your role will involve managing relationships with key retail accounts, executing strategic market plans, and ensuring the successful launch and adoption of our products. Your expertise in sales, contracting, and market access will be instrumental in achieving sales targets and fostering strong customer relationships.Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for GSK's retail vaccine and pharmaceutical products.
- Manage and expand relationships with key retail accounts, including large pharmacy chains and independent retailers.
- Conduct consultative selling to retail partners, providing comprehensive product knowledge and addressing queries with ethical compliance.
- Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, medical affairs, and supply chain, to ensure seamless delivery and support for retail customers.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and account progress in CRM systems.
- Participate in industry conferences, seminars, and networking events to stay updated on industry trends and expand professional networks.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in all activities.Why You?Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of combined experience in the following areas: Vaccines or Retail Pharmaceutical Sales, Contracting, Payer, or Marketing
- Up to 55% travel, must reside near a major airport
- Valid Driver's LicensePreferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a retail account manager for either vaccines or pharmaceutical products
- Strong record of high performance and consistent results
- Strong knowledge of large account sellingPreferred Skills:
