Job Summary: Primary Care Physician provides comprehensive healthcare to individuals and families, serving as a primary care provider. This role involves diagnosing and treating a wide range of medical conditions, promoting preventive care, and collaborating with patients to maintain their overall health and well-being. Responsibilities: - Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages.
- Conduct routine medical examinations, diagnose illnesses, and develop treatment plans.
- Manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and asthma.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including lab work and imaging studies.
- Prescribe medications and therapies, and provide patient education on health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Collaborate with specialists for referral and consultation when necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to evidence-based practice guidelines.
- Educate patients and families on lifestyle modifications, preventive care, and health promotion strategies.

- 2+ Years of expirences
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
- Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Pediatrics.
- State medical license and DEA registration.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based medicine.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Willingness to participate in continuing medical education and professional development activities.
- Must be bilingual in SpanishWork Environment:
