Immediate need for an Executive Assistant, with a strong professional presence, who will provide organizational and operational support to 2 top Executives. Responsibilities include managing calendars, phones, schedules, travel arrangements, travel itineraries and expense reports. This great candidate will be able to assist in creative projects including the coordination of events and meetings, and creating presentation materials. Someone who demonstrates poise within all levels of an organization will be a great asset to this team. Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work independently will be essential keys to success!
