Seeking a professional, motivated Corporate Receptionist for a busy and growing organization in the Orange County area. We are open to entry level candidates with minimal experience but an outstanding attitude and a strong work ethic. The qualified candidate will be professional, enjoy reception duties, have a very outgoing and friendly personality, the capability to assist with administrative tasks and some computer skills. This position is a great opportunity and is with a stable and innovative organization. The ideal candidate will also be detail oriented, possess professional phone etiquette and be able to work in a fast paced environment. Other duties include working directly with Managers, greeting visitors, scheduling conference meetings and handing the catering.
