Looking for a self-motivated Administrative Assistant with ability to work independently and handle sensitive and confidential information. In this position you will be working closely with the executive management team and manage priorities including telephone coverage, scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars and handling business travel. You will be required to welcome visitors and customers.
