Executive Office Manager - - Sacramento California

We are looking for a team player that is outgoing and enjoys working with people for the position of Office Manager for a fast paced, energetic tax accounting office in Sacramento, CA.
This is a full time position Monday through Friday offering an excellent salary and benefits package
Education/ Experience:
1. Degree in business administration, marketing, finance, accounting, and/or law
2. At least 7 years of experience in support of management level executives
Skill Set Requirements:
1. Ability to interact professionally and reliably with senior level executives within and outside the company, as well as with customers, vendors, visitors, and other dignitaries
2. Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
3. Ability to take self-initiative and be proactive
4. Strong sense of urgency and efficiency in completing work
5. Proficient in English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
6. Enthusiastic and outgoing personality
7. Excellent common sense and ability to make solid judgment calls independently
8. Professional demeanor and presentation
9. Knowledge of accounting and budgeting principles.
10. Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting in QuickBooks
11. Extremely strong organizational, project and time management skills; detail-oriented
12. Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet Explorer/Firefox
Duties include:
1. Monitoring and ensuring the office is viable, expanding and harmonious.
2. Providing a smooth and efficient flow of the office and handling of any situations that may arise
3. Creating policies and procedures
4. Conducting staff meetings
5. Interviewing and hiring staff
6. Ensuring and encouraging good communication lines between staff and owners
7. Implementing marketing strategies with the goal of expansion and growth
8. Coordinating and monitoring financial planning and budget management
9. Inventory control
10. Strategic planning with departments to ensure long-term financial growth
11. Company minutes
12. Direct random audits of business operations and functions to ensure proper controls are in place.
13. Collect weekly statistical data for analytic and tracking purposes
14. Handling all HR related issues
15. Handling all monthly bill pay including payroll and A/R
16. Coordinating staff events (continued education, parties, etc. including lodging and travel accommodations)
17. In charge of emergency/ evacuation procedures
18. Annual reviews
19. Building management
20. Vendor relations and negotiations
