Well-known Company has an immediate need for an Administrative Assistant w/ College University Background.
JOB DUTIES: You will be responsible for schedules appointments/meetings, preparing agendas, answering heavy calls volume, travel arrangements (domestic/international), calendaring, creating excel spreadsheets, creating power point presentations, expense reports. Assists with record and documentation preparation, report generation, and data collection. Uses word processing to create documents. Administers programs specific to department or business unit, such as events. Coordinates office operations, maintains office equipment, and coordinates equipment servicing.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Degree is a PLUS! Minimum 3 Years working in a College University with DIRECT experience supporting Executives. Proficient MAC/PC, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Strong telephone etiquette, communications and organizational skills. Team player with exceptional interpersonal skills.Must have strong administrative support experience and excellent communication skills. Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
