A company is looking for a Data Analytics Analyst (ICRM).



Key Responsibilities

Identify solutions for presenting ICRM analytics at the executive level and re-evaluate current metric displays
Work with data/platform owners to streamline data collection and identify analytical platforms for data display
Create a unified dashboard for CoE information and ensure accurate understanding of displayed data for KPIs and KRIs


Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in data analytics with both business and technical skills
Experience with data governance/management tools and an understanding of financial regulatory requirements
Proficiency in analytic tools such as Power BI or Tableau
Strong skills in data collection, statistical analysis, programming, and database management
