Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end order to cash process and resolve demand capture failures
Facilitate timely shipping of account-specific orders and address customer inquiries
Handle return requests and coordinate with stakeholders for billing and process improvements


Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
1+ years of experience in Supply Chain Customer Service or a Customer Contact Center
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) required
Experience with SAP, Oracle, or other CRM systems is highly desired
