- Contribute and lead a team of engineers responsible for validation, characterization, and release-to-production of MEMS-based products.
- Interface with cross-functional teams, vendors, and manage projects across different sites.
- Work with MEMS and circuit design teams to evaluate new silicon and recommend design improvements for enhanced performance.
- Plan and execute device verification and characterization.
- Design, develop, and validate PCB test platforms and firmware to enable automated data acquisition & analysis.
- Develop and transfer algorithms to final test and production environments.
- Perform engineering failure analysis to root cause product issues.
- Innovate and prototype system architectures and new technologies for next-generation products.Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in the productization of semiconductor sensor-based devices
- MS or PhD in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. Exceptional candidates with other backgrounds will be considered.
- Experience leading engineering project teams and creating and executing verification and characterization plans.
- Strong, fundamental knowledge of mixed signal circuits.
- Hands-on experience with electronics lab instrumentation. Prior experience with metrology systems for evaluating timing parameters is preferred but not required.
- Excellent programming skills and prior experience with MATLAB and/or Python.
