A company is looking for a Specialty Customer Support Executive to support strategic accounts and drive sales growth.



Key Responsibilities:

On-board, maintain, and cultivate relationships with key accounts to ensure a top-level customer experience
Execute internal sales operations for establishing new practices and provide training on new product lines
Generate leads through cold calling and secure quality appointments for Directors of Strategic Accounts


Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business or Life Sciences
3+ years of Client Services, Account Management, or Sales Experience in the Diagnostics segment
Preferred experience in women's healthcare and relationships with IVF clinics and health systems
Previous laboratory or diagnostics sales experience is highly desired
