Key Responsibilities

Oversee clinical operations with a focus on key performance indicators such as patient outcomes and growth

Required Qualifications

8-12 years of operations experience at the Director level or higher in VC-backed healthtech companies
Deep understanding of the insurance system, including payer relations and reimbursement negotiation
A bachelor's degree is required; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred
Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills with a proven track record in high-performing teams
