Key Responsibilities

Perform full lifecycle recruiting while demonstrating flexibility and creativity

Required Qualifications

US Citizenship is required
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, or 9 years of experience in lieu of a degree
Experience using multiple sourcing channels to identify hard-to-find talent
Experience utilizing recruiting role within Workday
