A company is looking for a Payments Specialist to manage credit card token transfers and migrations for customers during the implementation stage.



Key Responsibilities

Coordinate credit card transfers between customers' previous merchants and the company's payment services
Assist in improving the efficiency and quality of credit card migrations
Create and maintain documentation for new processes and procedures related to credit card migrations


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of work experience and education
3-4 years of experience in payments or related field services software customer service
At least 1 year of project management experience
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
Experience with JIRA and Salesforce.com preferred but not required More...
