Key Responsibilities

Lead a team of analysts to develop and manage analytic products and data sources
Communicate data findings and strategies to cross-functional teams and executive leaders

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or related field; HS diploma or GED required
10 years of experience in project management, quality improvement, or business analysis, preferably in managed care or pharmacy benefit management
7 years of leadership or people management experience
